2NE1 and Gummy will be teaming up to give some love for the youth in the Taean region.
On February 14th, YG Entertainment announced that the two teams will participate in the youth charity concert ‘Companion’ which will be held at the Sejong Concert Hall in Seoul on February 23.
‘Companion’ is a charity concert that has been held by Silkroad C&T since 2008. In 2012, 2NE1 performed in a concert of the same title in Vietnam and received an explosive response. This year’s concert plans to donate all profits to help the youth in Taean region, which suffered from a great oil leak in 2007.
Meanwhile, 2NE1 and Gummy have been doing various good deeds through the YG public benefit campaign ‘With’ since 2009.
